Ok, so considering that there has been no reply, I'm assuming that I have been rejected?

Actually a no reply does not mean a rejection, it means that the decision process takes some time. It took approximately 2 weeks for my admittance to NR. Just need to be patient.

How come I can never see the application, not that i actually make any decisions on this but still.

I believe only leaders an see the applications. I'm not able to see them either.

well the reason is that enemies cant see your troops and stuff =D
