Users must meet the following requirements which will rise as time goes on.
1. You must be 200 population or have an army size that counters your lack of size
2. You must be in the NW quad, (-, +) coordinates
3. You must have a 1:1 troop to population troop count.
4. You must be active, log on at least twice a day.
Please post answers to following questions:
